Riverside Cottage

  • $275/night*

REGULAR MID-SEASON RATES:

October to June

  • $275.00 (plus tax)/night based on double occupancy

  • $20.00 per night for each additional guest

  • Minimum 3-night stay

  • $150 cleaning fee

HIGH SEASON RATES:

July to September – weekly rentals only

  • Weekly rentals are $ 1,900 (plus tax) and include a $200 cleaning fee.

  • Check in on Saturday after 3pm and check out Saturday before 10:30am.

  • Deposit fee required. A $200 damage deposit and a $200 cleaning fee apply to all weekly stays.
