REGULAR MID SEASON RATES:

October to June

  • $275.00 (plus tax) per night based on double occupancy

  • $20.00 per night for each additional guest

  • $150 cleaning fee

HIGH SEASON RATES:

July to September – Weekly rentals only

  • Weekly rentals are $1900 (plus tax) with a $200 cleaning fee. Check in on Saturday after 3:00 pm and check out Saturday before 10:30 am.
